DNA doesn't make a family,Love does

So yesterday I was with family and it made me think that some people think that DNA is all that makes a family, but not to me. I mean come on I think that its not the family you come from its the one you make that makes its better. I mean I would change my family that I had now. I love them to death and all. But in reality some family just aren't that way and it sucks. I can see where other people are coming from but some times the family you where born into (not your parents or brothers or sisters that you have ) just don't understand you or decide to break away and want nothing to do with you and you got to realize that its not your fault but the other persons. The reason I say this is because every thanksgiving we don't have it with are family we go with friends that are like family, no they are family. Up until a two years ago we stop going to thanksgiving with our family until everyone decide to have it at my parents house(my house too) and we would do it the Saturday before. but when we started to go camping are family didn't like it because we weren't there but I still don't get it. but that why I think that DNA does not make a family but love does.
